Coral Springs is situated in the North-East quadrant of the city, between 64th Avenue to the North, Stoney Trail to the East, McKnight Blvd to the South, and 68th Street to the East.
Coral Springs Residents Association is a non-profit organization which provides many recreational services, facilities and programs for their members. By being a member of the Coral Springs Residents Association, you have access to the lake of course, but also tennis and basketball courts, table tennis, a beach area which includes a volleyball net, and additionally boating, kayaking and fishing. The lake itself can hold up to 100,000,000 gallons of water and is 16 acres in size with an average depth of 20 feet. The lake is surrounded by beautiful detached single-family homes, which vary in price dependant on how close you are to the lake.
Coral Springs is a quiet neighbourhood which is surrounded by many great restaurants and coffee shops that are just a few minutes away. If you have a pet, there is an off-leash dog park nearby as well called Falconbridge Dog Park.
Don Hartman North East Sportplex features 2 NHL-sized ice rinks, as well as a gymnasium, and a fitness training room. It’s great to bring the family to go ice-skating on a winter day when it’s too cold to be outside.
