The established neighbourhood of Wildwood is located in the Southwest quadrant of Calgary. It was first settled in 1883 and developed in the 1950’s.
Bounded on the north by Edworthy Park, and with its close proximity to the Bow River, Wildwood draws in people from all over Calgary and the surrounding area. With a lot of space to run and explore, this community is a great location for families that like to spend time outdoors. There are also schools, playgrounds and excellent access to downtown and the highway.
Due to being so close to a natural park in Calgary, and the Bow River, this community is primarily composed of single-detached bungalows on wide lots with rear laneways.
